In this role, you take full ownership of video content creation, from initial idea to final edit, ensuring every piece is strategically designed to perform. Your work will directly shape how our audience discovers, and engages with our content across platforms.


More on the Video Content Strategist role:


  • Work as part of the production team for Europe and the US to create videos of various lengths (25+ minutes to 15 seconds) to communicate news about gadgets, automotive innovations, new technological breakthroughs, and related topics.
  • Own the end-to-end creative process for both short- and long-form video content, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Develop content strategies that drive consistent performance and predictable growth across channels.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as watch time, retention curves, and swipe ratios to identify what works and translate insights into actionable creative decisions in quick iterations.
  • Continuously refine editing techniques, pacing, hooks, and storytelling structures to maximize audience engagement, ensuring every creative decision aligns with performance goals, leading the editing process hands-on together with a team of editors.
  • Collaborate with content writers and video editors to create cohesive, engaging stories.
  • Research trends, formats, and competitors, and adapt these insights to fit our brand and audience.
  • Build and maintain creative playbooks by testing thumbnails, openings, narrative formats, and editing styles
  • Create and maintain creative materials to assist a growing team of writers, editors, and researchers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:


  • Proven track record of making creative decisions that led to measurable growth in views, retention, engagement, or similar performance metrics on social platforms
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience with social media content strategy; prior experience in YouTube content creation is strongly preferred
  • Ability to interpret data, connect the dots, and turn insights into clear creative and strategic actions
  • Strong understanding of YouTube and social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
  • Strong storytelling instincts with a sharp sense of pacing, hooks, and audience psychology
  • Strong sense of composition, aesthetic, and attention to detail
  • Creative, analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation and iteration
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward
  • English language skills at a B1/B2 level, ability to speak other languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, including basic knowledge of audio mixing and color grading
  • Nice to have: a passion for technology
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge in After Effects

Hours of Work:


We offer a permanent position, 45 hours per week. You can work fully remote and choose your working hours.
