The Verizon Customer Team Member Mission: • You will take ownership of your territory by identifying key neighborhoods and opportunities to connect customers with Verizon Communication. • You will engage directly with decision-makers and homeowners, building trust and creating a positive impression. • You will deliver compelling demonstrations that clearly explain Verizon’s products and services, helping customers understand the benefits of fiber internet. • You will assess customer needs by actively listening and recommending tailored solutions that best fit each household. • You will manage the entire enrollment process, guiding customers from initial interest through activation to ensure a seamless experience. • You will stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity to keep the team ahead of the curve. • You will consistently meet and exceed goals by providing excellent customer service and effective communication. • You will foster lasting relationships through follow-up and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
