<strong>Position Type: remote (must work in EST)</strong><br><strong>Contract Length: 3 months with extensions<br><br>Position Overview:</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Developer to join a collaborative Agile/Scrum team supporting critical healthcare data initiatives. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize SQL-based solutions focused on CMS Interoperability and TCM auto-assignment, ensuring high data integrity, performance, and compliance with healthcare standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support regulatory and interoperability requirements.<br><br><strong>Duties:</strong><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain SQL code and databases for CMS Interoperability and TCM auto assignment projects</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with agile/scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions in line with project timelines</p></li><li><p>Participate in daily scrum calls, sprint planning, and reviews</p></li><li><p>Ensure data integrity and optimize database performance</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement data standards and best practices for interoperability</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance and support to team members</p></li></ul><br><strong>Required Skills:</strong><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</p></li><li><p>6-7+ years’ experience as a SQL Developer, particularly in healthcare or related industries</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and CMS Interoperability</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in SQL coding, database design, and performance tuning</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teams</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and the ability to report progress effectively in scrum calls</p></li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong><ul><li><p>Experience with TCM auto assignment processes</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes</p></li><li><p>Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare data management</p></li><li><p>Experience with Qvera would be a plus</p></li></ul>
