Our client, a highly innovative and rapidly growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand, is seeking an experienced and charismatic Senior Beauty Advisor & Brand Ambassador to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to connect with customers and represent the brand from anywhere. You will be a key point of contact, providing expert beauty advice, fostering customer loyalty, and acting as a passionate advocate for our products.

As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends to guide customers through their purchasing journey. This includes offering personalized recommendations, resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and building meaningful relationships through various communication channels (chat, email, video calls). You will also play a vital role in gathering customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Makeup Artist, Esthetician, or similar role within the beauty industry. Extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, and current beauty trends. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and provide personalized recommendations remotely.
