About the Role:

We’re seeking a results-driven Remote Engineering Recruiter with deep experience in aerospace and aviation staffing. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in a staffing agency environment and specialize in recruiting engineering talent for OEMs, MROs, and other aviation-related organizations.

In this role, you’ll source and engage top aerospace and aviation engineering professionals, build strong relationships with candidates, and collaborate closely with account managers to match talent with the right opportunities. You’ll be supported with a steady pipeline of requisitions, comprehensive training, and the tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and present qualified engineering candidates for aerospace and aviation roles.

  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and deliver high-quality candidates.

  • Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Develop and manage talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.

  • Track all recruiting activity in CRM/ATS systems for accurate reporting.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, technical skill sets, and competitive market insights.

Requirements:

  • Aerospace/aviation staffing agency recruiting experience required, including strong knowledge of OEM, MRO, and related sectors

  • Agency recruiting experience required

  • Experience recruiting for defense/cleared roles preferred

  • Proven success recruiting engineering talent within aerospace and/or aviation

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written)

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting tools

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
