REMOTE - Cosmetic Packaging Designer (1099 – Project-Based)

MOSHEKO Cosmetics is a luxury beauty brand undergoing a major e-commerce relaunch. We are seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Packaging Designer to support ongoing product development and packaging execution.

This is a project-based 1099 contractor role with the opportunity for long-term collaboration.

Role Overview

We are looking for a designer who understands luxury branding, clean aesthetics, and manufacturing requirements. You will be responsible for creating and preparing packaging designs that are fully production-ready for manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Design luxury cosmetic packaging (labels, boxes, product containers)

Convert designs into manufacturer-ready files

Prepare and deliver files in:

PDF

PNG

Vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS)

Ensure all files meet print and production specifications

Make revisions quickly based on feedback

Maintain consistent branding across all products

Qualifications

Strong experience in cosmetic or beauty packaging design

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

Deep understanding of

Die lines

Bleeds

CMYK color profiles

Print production standards

Ability to convert and export files for factory/manufacturer use (China preferred)

Strong attention to detail and clean, luxury design sense
