<p>About the job</p> <p>Remote Property Management Support</p> <p>We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented individual to provide remote support to our UK-based property management team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping and maintenance of short-let Airbnb-style homes in Oxfordshire, UK.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Managing a portfolio of short term rental homes in the UK<br /> Co-ordinating all aspects of day to day management including housekeeping, repairs and periodic condition reports<br /> Liaise with property owners and be accountable for your work at all time</p> <p>Before you apply there are 4 key requirements</p> <p>Fast internet connect and private working space<br /> 3 years experience in UK property management. You will be able to demonstrate practical solutions to a wide rage of property related services and maintenance issues.<br /> You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work within a team.<br /> You will be able to demonstrate confidence in learning a number of cloud based technologies such as booking and housekeeping management systems.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Excellent planning and organisational skills<br /> Fluency in English (around Cambridge C2 Level)<br /> 3 years Experience in UK property management<br /> Comfortable with basic financial tasks<br /> Strong phone skills<br /> Proficient with cloud-based apps and technologies (Google docs, spreadsheets, property management systems)<br /> Shift patterns are 09:00-17:00 / 08:00-16:00 / 10:00-18:00 UK times<br /> Fast broadband access<br /> Laptop or computer<br /> Phone or tablet for cloud-based phone app and WhatsApp<br /> Quiet workspace with minimal disruptions<br /> Smart casual dress code for online meetings</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>Short Let Space (SLS) is an Oxford-based property management company with a portfolio of furnished short-term rental homes in and around Oxford.</p> <p>Remuneration</p> <p>35-40 hours per week<br /> From 28,000 Rand per month (based on experience)<br /> Paid 4 weeks in arrears<br /> 12-week probation period (1-week notice)<br /> 2-week notice period after probation<br /> 10-20 days paid annual leave after probation<br /> Contract Position</p> <p>This is a contract position with a fixed daily rate.
