This individual will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry regulations, and company standards. <br><br>This role will be based out of Tiverton, Ontario.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-2"><b>What You Will Be Working On</b></span></h1><ul><li><p>Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s quality control program.</p></li><li><p>Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, including ITPs and the Site‑Specific Quality Plan.</p></li><li><p>Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and perform inspections for civil works (earthworks, rebar, concrete, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Assist in identifying and addressing quality concerns, coordinating corrective actions with site teams.</p></li><li><p>Identify non‑conformances and follow through on corrective and preventive actions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and organize quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation such as MTRs, RFIs, NCRs, and Inspection Exhibits.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure quality expectations are met.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with construction teams and client inspectors to resolve quality‑related issues.</p></li><li><p>Help coordinate quality audits and inspections conducted by internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.</p></li><li><p>Support internal and external audits to ensure full quality compliance.</p></li><li><p>Guide site personnel on quality control best practices and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Support lessons‑learned sessions at project close‑out to drive continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Verify that materials comply with approved submittals and monitor work execution to ensure it meets specifications and standards.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and compile quality records for final project handover.</p></li></ul><h1><span class="emphasis-2"><b>What We Are Looking For</b></span></h1><ul><li><p>A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset.</p></li><li><p>Relevant certifications (e.g., CQM, ISO 9001, CSA standards) are advantageous.</p></li><li><p>3–5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in ICI, residential, industrial, or special projects.</p></li><li><p>Industrial experience and/or a nuclear background are considered strong assets.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with construction trades, practices, and quality standards, including QA/QC methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and documentation skills, with keen attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced construction environment.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in construction management software and the Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.</p></li><li><p>Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, depending on project requirements.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-2"><b>We Put Safety First</b></span></h1><p style="text-align:left"><span>A healthy and safe work environment is non-negotiable.
