You’ll be launching new markets, developing new professions, and scaling customer acquisition funnels, working on some of the most high-impact initiatives in our company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>If you’re a strategic thinker who gets excited about growth challenges, experimenting with acquisition channels, and optimizing funnels for scale, we want to hear from you.</strong></p> <br><h3>What you will do</h3> <ul><li><strong>Market Expansion:</strong> Research, validate, and launch new markets, including demand testing, setting up acquisition funnels, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring unit economics viability before scaling.</li><li><strong>New Professions Launch:</strong> Analyze market needs, define product positioning, and build go-to-market strategies for launching new tech professions within TripleTen.</li><li><strong>Funnel Optimization:</strong> Identify and implement high-impact improvements to our existing sales and marketing funnels, driving conversion rate optimization and revenue growth.</li><li><strong>Growth Experimentation:</strong> Develop and test hypotheses on new acquisition channels and strategies, iterating rapidly to optimize performance.</li><li><strong>SEO & Channel Development:</strong> Expand and improve organic and paid acquisition channels, ensuring sustainable traffic and lead generation growth.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams to drive growth projects from ideation to execution.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven Decision Making:</strong> Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to understand trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li></ul> <br><h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or product marketing roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, user conversion, and growth loops.</li><li>Experience in market research, audience demand analysis, and product launches.</li><li>Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where priorities shift as needed.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
