The ideal candidate will own the performance of DTC campaigns, including search, shopping, and paid social, ensuring profitable customer acquisition and long-term value. This role will work closely with the Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to drive scalable growth and align campaigns with revenue and margin goals.</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Remote (9 AM &#8211; 6 PM EST), work-from-home</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns. You will manage DTC campaigns, focusing on search, shopping, and paid social, to ensure profitable customer acquisition and long-term business growth. This position will involve working cross-functionally to align campaigns with company revenue and margin goals.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Paid Media Strategy &amp; Execution<br /> Develop and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy aligned with revenue and margin goals.<br /> Manage daily campaign optimizations, pacing, and forecasting to meet CAC, ROAS, and payback targets across multiple geos and portfolios.<br /> Account &amp; Campaign Management<br /> Own account structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.<br /> Lead A/B and incrementality tests, scaling the most successful campaigns.<br /> Creative &amp; Landing Page Optimization<br /> Lead the creative testing process (hooks, formats, landing pages) to improve CTR, CVR, and CPA.<br /> Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on assets for performance improvements.<br /> Product Feed &amp; Merchandising<br /> Oversee the health of product feeds, ensuring proper feed rules, promotions, and page hygiene for both PDP and landing pages.<br /> Measurement &amp; Reporting<br /> Implement robust tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversions APIs) and ensure accurate measurement.<br /> Build and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.<br /> Cross-Functional Collaboration<br /> Partner with the Lifecycle and CRO teams to align paid acquisition with onsite conversion, retention, and LTV growth.<br /> Market Monitoring &amp; Testing<br /> Stay on top of competitive trends, platform changes, and auctions, proactively testing new channels and betas.<br /> Agency &amp; Freelance Management<br /> Oversee external agencies or freelancers as needed, ensuring adherence to performance best practices and SLAs.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience<br /> 5+ years in performance marketing for DTC/eCommerce brands (in-house or agency), with a proven track record managing seven-figure annual budgets.<br /> Success in scaling Search/Shopping and Paid Social campaigns, improving efficiency (ROAS, CAC, payback).<br /> Skills<br /> Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping/Performance Max) and Meta Ads.<br /> Strong grasp of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.<br /> Excellent quantitative skills, comfortable with CAC/ROAS/payback metrics and incrementality/experimentation frameworks.<br /> Technical Proficiency<br /> Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution basics.<br /> Familiar with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel/Sheets for analysis.</p> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <p>Growth &amp; Efficiency<br /> Continuously optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve scalable, profitable growth while improving CAC, ROAS, and payback.<br /> Creative Innovation<br /> Leading creative iterations and collaborating with the team to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and CPA.<br /> Cross-Functional Impact<br /> Aligning performance marketing with broader marketing and conversion goals to maximize long-term value.</p> <p>Opportunity</p> <p>Join a rapidly growing company in the natural products industry.
