Part-Time Administrative & Operations Support (Remote – East Coast)

Job Summary A global, mission-driven organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Operations Support professional to assist senior leadership during a critical growth phase.

This role is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational workflows across multiple functions, ensuring execution-level tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position plays a key role in reducing operational friction and supporting leadership effectiveness.

This is a part-time remote role (~20 hours/week) with a clear path to expanded responsibilities and potential full-time growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track agreements, documents, and key deadlines across workstreams.
  • Support compliance activities and coordinate with external advisors.
  • Assist with financial operations (audits, reconciliations, documentation).
  • Maintain organized, accurate cloud-based filing systems.
  • Prepare and coordinate board materials and governance activities.
  • Manage inboxes, calendars, and follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers.
  • Monitor progress of tasks and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, document management systems).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
  • Experience in nonprofit, multi-entity, or global organizations.
  • Familiarity with compliance, contracts, or audit processes.
  • Experience working with external service providers (HR, payroll, legal, accounting).
  • Exposure to CRM systems and reporting.
