This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll drive acquisition, optimize conversion, and experiment with innovative growth channels to help the company scale sustainably.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical, and creative generalist with experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or SaaS marketing. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to make strategic bets, execute campaigns, and report on successes and failures to maximize ARR growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Own the marketing budget and drive quarterly and annual marketing strategy.<br /> Report on marketing performance, linking activities to trial signups and paid plan conversions.<br /> Provide analysis and recommendations from quantitative and qualitative data.<br /> Optimize the website to drive engagement and increase free trial signups.<br /> Execute campaigns to increase free trial-to-paid plan conversion via email, paid ads, and other channels.<br /> Define and run acquisition programs to generate and capture market demand.<br /> Find, hire, and manage contractors or agencies to fill execution gaps.<br /> Develop outbound email campaigns and automated strategies using tools like Clay, Warmly, HubSpot, etc.<br /> Implement and optimize advertising across Google Paid Search, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn.<br /> Plan influencer marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and others.<br /> Develop and execute content strategy, including blogs, case studies, and reports, tracking performance with SEO and content consultants.<br /> Plan, prioritize, execute, and track experiments to discover new demand sources and improve conversions.<br /> Stay up to date on marketing technology trends and optimize the tech stack for maximum ROI.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br /> 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue.<br /> Experience with product-led growth (PLG) models preferred.<br /> Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from conception to execution to measurement.<br /> Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.<br /> Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.<br /> Experience with marketing tech platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker, Clay, Warmly, etc.).<br /> Proficiency in digital channels: SEO, PPC, social media ads, and email marketing.<br /> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<br /> Creative thinker with a growth mindset and passion for driving business growth.</p> <p>What You’ll Bring</p> <p>Curiosity, innovation, and an owner’s mindset.<br /> Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.<br /> Ability to experiment, learn, and scale successful initiatives.</p>
