This is a high-ownership, infrastructure-focused role at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and operations.</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of International and partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, this person will shape the international sales infrastructure, enabling scalable advisor growth outside the U.S. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including direct engagement with prospective advisors and full ownership of the international sales funnel.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <p><strong>International Ops & Localization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and localize the international acquisition journey, building scalable workflows and sales sequences tailored to each region’s norms and channels.</li> <li>Build and integrate new international lead-facing tools and communication channels such as WhatsApp for Business, WeChat, and Intercom.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve the advisor lead experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Funnel Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end international advisor sales funnel in the CRM, from lead sourcing and scoring through conversion and handoff.</li> <li>Build and continuously improve inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive high-quality international pipeline.</li> <li>Create and maintain sales playbooks, outreach sequences, objection-handling guides, and scripts tailored to international markets.</li> <li>Establish funnel reporting and analytics by tracking conversion rates at each stage, identifying drop-off points, and implementing data-driven improvements.</li> <li>Host sales calls, onboarding webinars, and informational sessions for prospective advisors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI & Tech Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and internal workflows.</li> <li>Build or contribute to playbooks, scripts, and automation that increase productivity across international operations.</li> <li>Partner with internal teams to test and deploy AI-driven solutions that support advisor growth at scale.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Operations to implement company-wide initiatives, experiments, and improvements.</li> <li>Act as a voice of the international advisor, sharing insights to inform product and operational decisions.</li> <li>Onboard and manage remote team members to assist with sales follow up.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in a sales-focused role</li> <li>Proven experience building or improving sales processes and workflows with measurable impact on funnel performance</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex systems and multiple workflows simultaneously</li> <li>Fluency in English and at least one additional language</li> <li>Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce</li> <li>Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with prospective customers and internal stakeholders</li> </ul> <h2>Strongly Preferred</h2> <ul> <li>Experience supporting or selling into international markets across regions such as LATAM, APAC, Europe, or the Middle East</li> <li>Experience designing localized sales motions or adapting go-to-market strategies by region</li> <li>Familiarity with international communication tools and channels such as WhatsApp, WeChat, or similar platforms</li> <li>Experience using AI tools to enhance sales workflows, automation, or productivity</li> <li>Background in a startup or high-growth environment with exposure to systems-building or operational scaling</li> </ul> <h2>Compensation</h2> <p>Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $90K–$130K + equity.
