As a <strong>Intermediate BIM Modeler – Structural</strong>, you will contribute to complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from concept through construction, shaping how communities experience the built environment. Based in <strong>Toronto or Markham</strong>, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and BIM leaders in a fast‑paced, high‑impact setting.<br><br><strong><strong>Your Impact<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Develop and model structural building elements using Revit, supporting projects from early design through construction.</li><li>Take ownership of assigned modeling tasks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with project goals.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with structural engineers and other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.</li><li>Apply and support established BIM standards and modeling best practices across projects.</li><li>Create, maintain, and enhance advanced Revit families and templates to improve efficiency.</li><li>Champion BIM technologies and workflows that elevate production quality and effectiveness.</li><li>Participate in internal and external project meetings, contributing technical insight and collaboration.</li><li>Proactively expand technical and project knowledge through training and continuous learning.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>The Skills That Set You Apart<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>In‑depth experience modeling with Revit in a medium to large structural engineering or consulting environment.</li><li>Approximately 8+ years of BIM experience, with strong practical knowledge of building information modeling.</li><li>Experience working in construction and/or consulting services environments.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Revit families, templates, and model management.</li><li>Understanding of Dynamo scripting and the value it brings to automation and efficiency.</li><li>Knowledge of interoperability between BIM modeling and design tools.</li><li>Strong problem‑solving ability with a creative, solutions‑oriented mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with a strong commitment to quality and deadlines.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Why Choose WSP?<br><br></strong></strong>Why Choose WSP?
