In this role, you’ll help ensure our internal processes run smoothly, our team members are supported, and our hiring and onboarding workflows are executed flawlessly.</p> <p>You’ll assist with recruitment coordination, internal communication, culture and engagement initiatives, and HR documentation. This is an ideal role for someone with great people skills, who is highly organized, and who loves creating smooth, efficient processes that help the team run at its best.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Support end-to-end hiring activities, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling<br /> Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records and documentation<br /> Support internal communication efforts and team engagement initiatives<br /> Assist in implementing people-focused policies and culture-building efforts<br /> Maintain and improve internal HR operations and processes</p> <p>Required Skills</p> <p>Excellent spoken and written English communication skills<br /> Exceptionally organized and reliable<br /> Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, people-first mindset<br /> Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and project management tools<br /> Professional, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion</p> <p>Pay &amp; Work Schedule</p> <p>Pay: R25,000/month</p> <p>Hours: 11am &#8211; 7pm South African time (Mondays &#8211; Fridays)</p> <p>Location: Fully remote &#8211; work from home</p> <p>Team Culture: Supportive and fun!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
