<strong>Description<br><br></strong>We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America (USA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape for data center, facilities, and critical infrastructure roles, and will excel at identifying and engaging passive talent in Tech domain.<br><br>This is a contractual role<br><br>Locations - Hyderabad<br><br>Shift Timing - 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required.</li><li> Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage.</li><li> Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate. The role holder will also be responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.<br><br></li></ul>A day in the life<br><br><ul><li> Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.</li><li> Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>The role holder will be a part of Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team, which is a central sourcing team for WW Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA) team. We scout bar raising talent spanning across Americas (NA, LATAM), Europe, AMET and India, to enable and scale cost-efficient sourcing solutions in Tech, Non-Tech and High volume space.<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor's degree</li><li> Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines</li><li> Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market</li><li> - 2+ years of passive candidate generation experience</li><li> - Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.</li><li> - Boolean and Advanced Search<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> - Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management or related technical field.</li><li> - Prior experience sourcing for AWS, hyperscale cloud, or co-location Data Center environment.</li><li> - - Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domain will be an added advantage 1. Experience of hiring Full stack, Back-end and Front-end engineers, 2. Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers, 3.
