The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of techno-functional NetSuite experience, preferably with a consulting background. Position will require experience with the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Module. Some Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.</p> <p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage NetSuite ERP: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP platform and integrated financial applications (e.g. Avalara, Stripe, Zip).</li> <li>Administer NetSuite Advanced Revenue Module: Configure and optimize NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Module, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards.</li> <li>Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g. Accounting, AR/AP, Supply Chain) to streamline processes and ensure seamless integration with our Salesforce CRM platform, our 3PLs, and Nozomi production applications.</li> <li>Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation in our SharePoint knowledgebase, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.</li> <li>Data Management and Governance: Monitor and manage application data cleanliness; maintain accurate record and field definitions in our Data Dictionary.</li> <li>Training and Support<strong>: </strong>Train and support end-users on NetSuite functionality and ERP processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience: 3-7 years of experience with NetSuite, including hands-on experience with the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Module.</li> <li>Attention to Detail: You should be obsessed with clean data, clear documentation, and maintaining a healthy ERP platform in accordance with NetSuite best practices.</li> <li>Documentation Skills: Ability to generate clear process documentation and distribute to users via our SharePoint knowledgebase.</li> <li>Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across departments.</li> <li>Technical Aptitude:<strong> </strong>Proven ability to quickly learn, manage, and troubleshoot new applications across the enterprise applications landscape.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p>#LI-AF1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Who we are and what we stand for:</strong></p> <p>Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT Cybersecurity.
