This role serves as the primary owner of these channels, translating Director-defined strategy into high-impact, repeatable programs that drive engagement and pipeline.</p> <p>This includes leading Sales-driven experiences such as sporting suites, executive dinners, and VIP events, as well as building and scaling a virtual roundtable program for HR leaders. The Team Lead will bring proven experience running these programs at other organizations and will establish the playbooks, processes, and best practices needed to execute them effectively at Mitratech.</p> <p>While this role owns programs from concept through execution and optimization, <strong>overall field marketing and campaign strategy—including program selection, target segments, and investment priorities—remains with the Director of Demand Generation</strong>. This role focuses on <strong>how programs are executed</strong>, ensuring they are scalable, high-quality, and aligned to business goals.</p> <p>In addition, the Team Lead provides day-to-day guidance and execution support to junior team members, helping elevate team performance without requiring direct people management.</p> <h2><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Program Ownership & Execution Strategy</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own Field + Sales events and virtual roundtables from planning through execution and optimization, aligned to Director-defined strategy</li> <li>Translate high-level campaign priorities into <strong>program plans, formats, and execution approaches</strong></li> <li>Design program structure and attendee experience, including flow, engagement tactics, and follow-up approach</li> <li>Make execution-level decisions to ensure programs are effective, scalable, and aligned to objectives</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Field & Sales Event Ownership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the execution of <strong>Sales-driven field events</strong>, including sporting suites, executive dinners, VIP experiences, and regional activations</li> invitations, facilitation support, and follow-up</li> <li>Establish a repeatable model and cadence to scale the program effectively</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Playbook Development & Optimization</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and document <strong>execution playbooks</strong> for:</li> <ul> <li>Sales-led events (suites, dinners, VIP experiences)</li> <li>Virtual roundtables</li>
