Compensation: $5.00 - $7.00 / hour Description

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.

Organize, track, and maintain business documents, reports, and records.

Prepare and process correspondence, memos, and internal communications.

Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information in Odoo (ERP/CRM) and other company databases.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliations.

Communicate and collaborate effectively using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for scheduling and correspondence.

Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Forward or escalate customer issues to appropriate team members when necessary.

Maintain records of customer interactions in Odoo or Shopify, ensuring all communications are documented and tracked.

Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, tracking leads, and updating CRM records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads and client requests.

Generate sales performance reports using Excel and assist in preparing presentations and summaries for management.

Support order entry, product listings, and customer data accuracy within Shopify and Odoo systems.

Support the onboarding and coordination of new clients or sales projects as needed. Hard Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Sales Support Specialist.

Strong proficiency in Odoo (ERP/CRM) and Shopify.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Schedule:

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard Time Zone Offer and Benefits:

$5-$7USD/hour
