<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support a real estate investment business with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role requires someone who can not only manage day-to-day responsibilities but also improve processes, create structure, and help the business owner stay organized and focused on revenue-generating activities.</p> <p>The right candidate will act as an accountability partner, ensuring deadlines are met, tasks are prioritized, and follow-ups do not slip through the cracks.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br /> Manage email inbox and flag/organize important correspondence<br /> Maintain and improve digital filing systems and task organization (MS Office &amp; Planner)<br /> Vendor management: source vendors, request quotes, and coordinate services<br /> Track construction-related tasks and asset management needs (light oversight)<br /> Assist with budgeting and planning; input expenses and manage financial records in QuickBooks<br /> Support investor relations, including creating investor reports and assisting with K-1 distribution<br /> Coordinate lender-required repair tracking and light CapEx project follow-up<br /> Implement simple process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives under direction<br /> Compile documents, prepare summaries, and follow up with third parties as needed<br /> Serve as organizational support to help streamline daily operations and priorities</p> <p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications</strong><br /> 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, VA, or Operations Support (real estate experience strongly preferred)<br /> Proven ability to organize, create processes, and keep executives accountable<br /> Strong experience with email and calendar management<br /> Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner/Tasks)<br /> Working knowledge of QuickBooks for budgeting and expense tracking<br /> Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills; proactive in driving tasks to completion<br /> Excellent written and spoken English communication<br /> Ability to work full-time EST hours</p> <p>$800 &#8211; $1,100 a month</p> <p><strong>Why Join Assist World?</strong></p> <p>100% REMOTE<br /> $50 birthday bonus<br /> $200 testimonial bonus<br /> $300 tenure bonus every 6 months<br /> $500 entry monthly raffle<br /> NO TRACKER.
