The pay range is $131,000.00 - $236,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As Director, Solutions Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations you will…

Play an integral role in coordinating, executing, and scaling all product and solutions go-to-market activities across Roundel. This will require leveraging a detailed understanding of the Retail Media landscape to identify opportunities that advance our strategic positioning and deliver on our growth objectives. You will work in close partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Roundel and broader Target to implement these strategies – ensuring robust cross-functional alignment at each step of the way.

You will be a strategic thought leader, possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and have a good understanding of marketing, media products, and the digital industry.

A successful candidate will be an integral member of the Roundel Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the leader of the Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and lead a team comprised of Go-To-Market Team Members
  • Be a commercial strategist for Roundel’s rapidly growing media business
  • Partner closely with Roundel Sales and Product Leaders to inform product strategy, drive commercialization efforts, and build and activate growth strategy for existing products and solutions
  • Lead end to end product monetization strategy and execution for the business
  • Oversee the development of new strategies and partnerships that support our growth objectives, increase our value proposition to our customers, and deepen our strategic positioning
  • Establish relationships with and partner closely with senior leaders in Sales and Account Management, Performance and Insights, Product, and Operations on strategy development and activation
  • Support Roundel leadership in developing and executing against our long-term strategic goals
  • Build a team culture that exemplifies the core Target values of connection, inclusivity, and drive
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales/Account Management, Go-To-Market Strategy or Business Development within the Advertising Technology or Retail industry, or equivalent experience in an organization
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a bias for action to drive business results
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Track record of continuous improvement – leveraging experiences and setbacks to drive professional growth
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
