<p>Hi 👋 I’m Em — SVP of Growth at Midi Health.</p> <p>We’ve built one of the fastest-growing women’s health platforms in the U.S. Now we’re scaling our next growth engine: turning our Rx + Supplements business into a high-performing Care + Commerce experience.</p> <p>This role owns how our categories grow.</p> <h3>What you’ll own 📈</h3> <p><strong>You are the category operator — responsible for both:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Category-level growth (e.g., Weight, Skin, Longevity)</li> <li>Product-level performance within those categories</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core levers:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pricing — optimize for conversion, margin, and LTV</li> <li>Promotions — offers, bundles, lifecycle triggers</li> <li>Placement — site, CRM, and clinical surfaces</li> <li>Packaging — how products are merchandised and sold</li> </ul> <p><strong>You’ll drive:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conversion, AOV, attach rate, repeat purchase</li> <li>Cross-sell across Care, Rx, and Supplements</li> <li>Growth within existing categories through better content and conversion</li> </ul> <h3>What you’ll do:</h3> <ul> <li>Own existing category performance end-to-end — from overall category growth down to product-level optimization with a sharp focus on the Store</li> <li>Scale existing products through pricing, bundling, promotion, and positioning</li> <li>Lead pricing & promo strategy with a strong test-and-learn mindset</li> <li>Drive merchandising across site, lifecycle, async Rx, and Shopify</li> <li>Partner on new product GTM — ensure strong commercial performance post-launch</li> <li>Find and execute growth opportunities across the full funnel from ads to site to emails</li> </ul> <h3>What you bring:</h3> <ul> <li>8–12+ years in Category Management, CPG, Ecommerce or DTC growth</li> <li>Proven track record owning pricing, promotions, and revenue growth</li> <li>Strong instincts for portfolio optimization (not just launches)</li> <li>Ability to zoom out to category strategy and zoom in to executional detail</li> <li>Analytical, scrappy, and highly accountable — you know how to find and pull the right levers</li> </ul> <h3>Why this role matters:</h3> <p>Most companies treat Store like a channel.</p> <p>You’ll help define and scale entire categories — and turn them into durable growth engines for Midi.</p> <p>The interview process will include: 📚 </p> <ol> <li>Meet with our Talent Partner (30- 45 min) </li> <li>Meet with SVP of Growth  (30 mins)</li> <li>Cross functional Interview- (45 mins)</li> <li>Working session- (1hr- 1.5hr)</li> <li>Final Executive Interview (30 min)</li> </ol> <p>At this time, Midi is <strong>unable to provide visa sponsorship</strong>.
