You will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our projects from inception through to completion. You will play a crucial role in identifying and managing risks, negotiating project agreements, ensuring profitability, and fostering strong client relationships.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in"><strong>Role Accountabilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li> <p style="margin-left:0in">Review and propose revisions to RFPs, Teaming Agreements, NDAs, Joint Venture Agreements, and other types of contract documents. Lead the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts with clients, joint venture partners, subcontractors, and suppliers, collaborating with legal counsel as needed.</p></li> <li> <p style="margin-left:0in">Identify and assess project risks related to commercial aspects, including contractual structure and obligations, payment terms, and insurance requirements. JD or relevant advanced degree preferred.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:0in"><strong>Key Skills and Abilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of contract law, project finance principles, and commercial terms and conditions.
