font-size: 10pt;">• Manages end-to-end resource allocation processes for assigned teams.<br>• Coordinates scheduling of staff to client engagements based on availability, skills, travel, and project requirements; also using performance metrics, timelines, and budget considerations to inform staffing decisions.<br>• Forecasts future resource needs and hiring requirements in alignment with utilization and firm-wide goals.<br>• Acts as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution and evolving resource needs.<br>• Builds trusted relationships with staff, practice leaders, and regional leadership.<br>• Identifies risks in resource planning, recommend solutions, and escalate complex issues as needed.<br>• Facilitates collaborative discussions among managers and leaders to align staffing decisions with strategic goals.<br>• Produces and interprets resource management reports, accuracy of audit workflow, including availability, utilization forecasts, and variance analysis.<br>• Monitors workload distribution, including chargeable hours, overtime, and travel demands, to ensure equity.<br>• Promotes and enforces consistency in resource management practices and compliance standards.<br>• Participates in staff evaluations to better understand strengths and match talent to opportunities.<br>• Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.<br>• Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
